1. Engineering Manager (EXPATRIATE/INDIAN)
Requirements
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Must have full knowledge about Basic Engineering, Detail
Design and shop fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR/ITP, procedures for the
purpose of Fabrication of Pressure vessel , shell & tube heat
exchanger, Column, Tower, Reactor, Power plant Condenser, etc.
• Knowledge of ASME / ASTM / API / TEMA standards & codes for
manufacturing.
• Knowledge of latest / updated/ amended computer software
(Compress, etc.).
• Knowledge of ASME Stamp U2, U, S, PP & ISO standards.
• Capable to participate in all the technical meetings with
Owners/ Clients/ Inspectors/ Surveyors/ Auditors/ A.I. during the
course of Project development stage until Project Completion.
• Strong ability and management to keep the targeted schedule /
control the schedule.
• Must partner with management team to ensure effective product
development.
• Must develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with
quality standards.
• A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through
orders.
• An ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic
and functional level.
• Technical skills in engineering management, quality assurance
and cost saving.
• Employee training and development.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High performance teams and a strong team player.
2. Procurement Manager
Requirements
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience of procurement in a supervisory
capacity. The ideal candidate will have previously been an engineer
who has a recognized qualification (Degree) and who has latterly
developed within the procurement function.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Must execute procurement to meet company objectives.
• Knowledge of ASME Code pressure vessels.
• Must develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with
quality standards.
• A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through
orders.
• An ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic
and functional level.
• Technical skills in procurement management, quality assurance
and costing.
• Employee training and development.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
