GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER (GRO)
Responsibilities:
§ Running the reception – welcoming, taking care and liaise company guest with the right person effectively.
§ Operates telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing local and long distance call when necessary.
§ Handling customer calls, complaints and enquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally.
§ Managing all meeting room, as well as supervise janitor to maintain front desk area and serve drink to guests.
Requirements:
§ Female, single, max. 27 years old.
§ Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
§ Fluent in English conversation with good pronunciation.
§ At least 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
§ Proactive and commitment to excellence.
§ Good appearance, pleasant personality, and positive attitude
§ Able to start work immediately.
