ONSHORE PLANT MANAGER
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Onshore Plant Manager is responsible for Adherence to Operating Principals at all times to promote flawless execution of all activities including managing the safety and welfare of the OPF personnel and all equipment, Managing
respective people and organization, Managing EHS function in the respective department, and Managing relevant administration, document control and report.
The responsibilities are:
1. Adherence to Operating Principals at all times to promote flawless execution of all activities including managing the safety and welfare of the OPF personnel and all equipment.
2. Managing respective people and organization
3. Managing EHS function in the respective department
4. Managing relevant administration, document control and report
Ideally in your early 40¡¦s, you are envisioned to possess a Bachelor Degree in Degree in Technical ¡V Chemical Eng., Mechanical Eng., with a twenty (20) years experience honed in the OIL&GAS/ENERGY INDUSTRY with multitask level from Petroleum Engineering, Drilling, Oil and Gas processing, Finance and Procurement, Project and EHS
You should present the following qualifications:
„X Have experience with emergency response, risk mitigation, and
team supervision as well as be able to demonstrate appropriate
leadership and safety behaviours
„X Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
„X Demonstration of strong communication skills
„X Extensive knowledge and experience of gas plant operations
including process knowledge and maintenance knowledge
„X High level of safety and environmental knowledge applicable
to a rural environment and an awareness of any impact a hydro carbon
production and process plant can have on the local eco systems
