We are a leading worldwide marine solutions company and are in the process of growing our Design Centre in Jakarta to support the Company’s continued growth and expansion in the Upstream Oil and Gas business.
We are seeking qualified and experienced National and Regional Expatriate Design Engineers to take up Jakarta-based challenging careers with us. These are Senior and Principal Engineer positions in various engineering disciplines and require a minimum of 8 and 15 years of relevant experience respectively.
PROCESS ENGINEERS
You will be responsible for process design of oil and gas production plants, including design, study, specification and services of oil & gas process offshore platforms, as well as development of heat and material balance, process flow diagrams, piping and instrument diagrams, system design parameters, and design or rating of process equipments such as compressors, heat exchangers, vessels, pumps, etc.
Requirements :
• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Good knowledge of process simulators such as HYSYS and other engineering softwares, eg. HTRI, FLARENET, FLARESIM is desirable
• Under broad direction, supervise and lead a group of engineers and designers
• Familiar with International Codes and Standards
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
You will be responsible for design and engineering of electrical power generation and distribution system for Oil and Gas offshore platforms, including system studies, load profile studies, sizing of electrical equipment, preparation of specifications, data sheets, development of single line diagrams, control schematics, procurement support, vendor data review, relay coordination studies, hazardous areas classification and providing inputs to operation manuals etc.
Requirements :
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with International Codes and Standards
• Familiar with use of Electrical System Design software
INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERS
You will be responsible for preparing data sheets for field instruments, selection and sizing of control valves, safety relief valves, flow meters. You will need to be familiar with International Codes and Standards, prepare specifications for Field Instruments, DCS, safety systems, Fire & Gas systems including F & G devices. You will also prepare system related documents such as C & E Matrix, I/O list, Control Narratives, logic diagrams, F & G layout etc., guide designers, review the instrumentation drawings, review and develop P & IDs, participation in HAZOP, SIL studies.
Requirements :
• Degree in Instrument Engineering or Electrical/ Electronics
• Experience related to Instrument Design in Oil & Gas Industry
• Familiarity with INTOOLs would be an advantage
MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
You will be responsible for preparing data sheets and specifications for all engineered equipment, provide procurement assistance for all engineered equipment and provide inputs to Process Flow Diagrams and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams.
Requirements :
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiar with international Codes and Standards
• Have good knowledge in rotating equipment and/ or packages
SUBSEA PIPELINE ENGINEER
You will be responsible for performing pipeline, riser and tie-in spool design calculations and analyses, prepare pipeline design reports, check design drawings and coordinate with drafting team, raise technical queries, attend design review meetings.
Requirements :
• Experience related to offshore pipeline/riser design and installation related engineering
• Capable of utilising pipeline engineering software
• Familiar with offshore pipeline International Codes & Standards
STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS
You will be responsible for preparation of structural specifications, design of offshore jacket and topside structure and structural components to relevant industry standard, coordination with designers for structural drawings preparation, coordination with client and vendors, and with other disciplines as required.
Requirements :
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Experience related to fixed offshore structures
• Familiar with API, AISC and other relevant industry Codes and Standards
• Familiar with analysis software Viz, SACS, SESAM, etc
PIPING & LAYOUT ENGINEERS
You will be responsible for layout design activities. You must be capable of independently preparing piping, design calculations, specifications and data sheets for piping materials, valves and specialties.
Requirements :
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Hands-on experience in Piping stress analysis using Caesar II will be an advantage
• Familiar with International Codes and Standards such as API, ANSI, ASME, BS, etc
