Our Client, Alstom Power Energy System Indonesia, located in Surabaya is seeking for the following position :

Compensation & Benefit Manager (CBM)

Purpose of the Job

To assist the HR & Country Director in managing Compensation & Benefit area under HR Department. This includes management of the company remuneration strategy and actions, and maintenance, improvement and implementation of HR processes, systems, procedures in order to support HR goals

Qualification and Experiences:

· Male/Female, max. 35 years old

· Minimum university degree, majoring in Psychology, Economics, Law, Industrial Engineering or any other discipline that provides incumbent with strong knowledge of human motivational issues, processes, and statistical analysis.

· Experience in managing compensation and benefit issues, handling salary surveys, designing salary & remuneration structures, and payroll is a requirement. A minimum of 3 years experience in Compensation & Benefit in a reputable company

· Good knowledge of position evaluation systems and salary structures is a must.

· Experience in managing, designing and implementing HR Policies is a strong advantage.

· Mastery manpower laws in daily business applications practices included but not limited to liaise with Manpower Authorities

· Good written and verbal communications in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

· Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills

· Based in SURABAYA
