PT. Potentia HR Consulting have been retained by an EPCI Contractor servicing Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper and other industries to recruit professionals to be part of their dynamic and well established organization. Proposal Engineer/Deputy Proposal Manager General requirements: - S1 from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree. - Minimum 5-7 years experience as Proposal Engineer in any industries. - Good knowledge and experience of estimation, procurement, fabrication and construction process related to design and construction process Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparation of tenders including; receive new inquiry/tender files; receive engineering data (P&ID, PFD, Spec, data sheet, drawing, etc). - Check all tender submissions, documentation for accuracy/compliance with client requirements. - Collate and prepare tender (technical and commercial).
