SENIOR
General Requirement:
All applicants should be Graduate Engineers in one of the following disciplines with minimum 5 years experience in Engineering Development of On-Shore/Offshore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
All applicants should posses experience in Developing Design Basis, Specification/Equipment Data Sheet Generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculations using related software, Equipment Selection & Layout Study, review and approve Material Take Off (MTO), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)
Project Engineer (PE):
Experience in liaise with the Client, control, direct, supervise, coordinate, monitor and guide the day to day engineering activities to ensure the quality and schedule of the project are met; ensure that adequate resource with required ability is available to support project requirement at all times; Participate in quality and safety audits for the project.
Senior Engineers
„«Process (PRS):
Experience in developing PFDs, P&IDs, Process Data Sheets for equipments & instruments. Sizing of Process Equipments, Hydraulic Calculations, Overpressure protection study, Relief load & relief system analysis Exposure to HAZOP and all process activities during detailed engineering is a must. Proficiency in relevant software like HYSIS, HTRI, FLARENET, PIPESIM etc.
„«Piping/Pipeline (PIS):
Familiar with ASME B31.3/4/8 Code, Pipe stress calculation using Caesar II. Experience in Pipeline design will be an advantage.
„«Mechanical (MES):
Familiar with ASME Section VIII/TEMA Standard/API 650. Pressure Vessel Design/Calculation using PV Elite and Storage Tank Design/Calculation using Tank Coade. Review/approve equipment engineering drawing. Experience in rotating equipment will be an advantage
„«Instrument (INS):
Experience in developing control system philosophy; P&IDs review and comment; all basic and detail engineering of instrumentation works such as selection, calculation, specification/data-sheet for Main Control System and Field Instruments. Knowledge of design tools like INTools will be an advantage.
„«Electrical (ELS):
Experience in designing of Power distribution system, Lighting, Lightning protection, cathodic protection and Grounding. Familiar with ETAP (or similar) is desirable. PDS (Raceway) knowledge will be an advantage.
„«Civil / Structure (CIS):
Experience in designing of all structures related to plant development including land development (plotplan, grading, road and drainage, and underground facilities), foundations and concrete/ steel structures. Proficiency in STAAD is a must.
„«Project Cost Estimate (CES):
Having a good knowledge and capability in estimating EPCI cost which encompass material, fabrication, transportation, construction/installation, testing, commissioning including certification costs.
Designer
Responsible for project drawings development and maintain the quality of the drawing as per company drafting standard quality, coordinate with other discipline¡¦s designer to maintain the project drawings consistency. Proficiency of Microstation and AutoCad is a must
„«Piping (PIG):
Experience in developing Equipment Plot Plan, Piping Layout Study, Vessel¡¦s Nozzle orientation & Platform layout study, Isometrics check.
„«Instrument (ING):
Experience in developing Field Instrument Plot Plan, Cable tray/Cable layout, Detail Hook-up drawing and MTO
„«Electrical (ELG):
Experience in developing Equipment Plot Plan, Cable tray/Cable layout and MTO
