We are growing Oil & Gas Company operating 2 PSC areas in Riau Province. Looking for talented candidates to fill in vacant position in our Jakarta based office.
1. HR Planning & Development Officer (HRO)
| Responsibility : | - | Establish policies&procedure of Human Resource planning & Development |
| - | Oversees and coordinates the fulfilment efforts of the employee training & development needs | |
| - | Administer & facilitate the application of the Performance Appraisal System | |
| Requirement : | - | 3-4 years of experience in HR development & Personnel matters |
| - | Posses profesional certification of HR Planning, Training & Development |
2. External Relation Superintendent (ERS)
| Responsibility : | - | Accountable to perform of all activities related to promote good relationship with stakeholders including public, |
| community, government and to promote a favorable company image. | ||
| - | To ensure that the relationships are well maintained to improve the smoothness of the company operations | |
| - | Develop external relations procedure, standard and guideline to comply with standard industry practices | |
| and company policies | ||
| Requirement : | - | Minimum 7 years as specialist in mass communications, public relations and/or community development. |
| - | Preferably has familiarity with Indonesian Environmental Law and/or other government regulations. | |
| - | Preferably has considerable familiarity with public/mass communications. | |
| - | Preferably has performed Community Development and/or PR functions in a holding company |
3. Legal Counsel (LC)
| Responsibility : | - | Accountable to perform legal function and ensuring that practices are in compliance with the laws and regulations |
| - | To develop and monitor implementation of legal procedures, standard and guidelines for use in agreement, MOU & Contracts. | |
| - | Partcipate in business negotiations with observance to legal aspects and legal implications of business deal. | |
| - | Provide data, information and supporting documents to company legal counsel/defense. | |
| Requirement : | - | Minimum 5 years in law position. |
| - | Exceptional familiarity with Indonesian Law and/or other government regulations especially PSC legal. | |
| - | Preferably has familiarity with PSC internal processes. | |
| Highly skill in negotiation |
